Welcome to Ripplin! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Ripplin mobile app and the services provided by Ripplin. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1.1. To use Ripplin, you must be at least 16 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to form a legally binding contract. By using our services, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement.
1.2. You must provide accurate and complete information during the account registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activities conducted through your account.
2.1. Ripplin utilizes Fincra and other licensed payment partners as the payment merchants on the application. By using our services, you agree to comply with their respective terms and conditions.
2.2. The transaction processing fee, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during the transaction process. You agree to pay the specified fee for the use of our services.
2.3. Ripplin reserves the right to modify the service fee and other terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users through the app or other appropriate channels.
3.1. Users must provide accurate information for all bill payments (e.g., correct phone number, meter number, or account ID). Ripplin is not responsible for losses incurred due to incorrect information provided by the user.
3.2. In the event of a failed transaction where value is not received, users should contact Ripplin customer support. We will investigate and facilitate resolution with our payment partners.
3.3. Ripplin will make all reasonable efforts to resolve transaction disputes. Our liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question.
4.1. Users must not engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities on Ripplin.
4.2. It is prohibited to use Ripplin for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activities.
4.3. Users must not interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the app or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of Ripplin systems.
5.1. Protecting your privacy is essential to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
6.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to Ripplin at our discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any prohibited activities.
7.1. Ripplin provides its services "as is" and without any warranty or guarantee, express or implied.
8.1. In no event shall Ripplin be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use our services.
9.1. Ripplin may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the app. By continuing to use Ripplin after such changes, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions.
10.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
11.1. You may delete your account from the app settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon account deletion, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
